SYSTEMS & AUTOMATION

I build software. You focus on your business.

Software designed specifically for your business, built around how you actually work.

You can always make more money, but you can't always make more time.

It adds up faster than you think.

Just one hour a day on manual, repetitive work is 5 hours a week. That's 20 hours a month. Over a year, that's 250 hours, more than 6 full work weeks, spent on tasks that don't need a human. Imagine what you could do with that time reinvested into your business instead.

This is what I build software for, giving that time back.

Projects

RFP Intake Automation for an Insurance Agency

What used to take about 30 minutes per case now takes about 5.

Automatic email intake

The system reads incoming broker emails in real time and identifies exactly what's being requested, no manual sorting.

AI-powered data extraction

Key details, employer info, coverage requested, effective dates, are automatically pulled from unstructured emails and organized.

Secure data handling

Sensitive employee information is automatically de-identified before being processed further.

Automated carrier outreach & comparison

The system reaches out to multiple carriers, then organizes their responses into a comparison report, ready for the broker.

A bit about me

I'm a student finishing my degree in web/app development at Fort Hays State University. Before that, I played college baseball at Trinidad State Junior College in Colorado (NJCAA All-American) and Nicholls State University in Louisiana, where our team made it to regionals. I'm largely self-taught, having built most of my real technical skill through actual client work rather than just coursework, learning by solving real problems for real businesses. My athletic background taught me discipline and how to push through hard, unglamorous work, something that's translated directly into how I approach building software.
